Making Maine Labor Laws Work for You

Discrimination or an unlawful termination can change the course of your life. I can fight to get you compensation for what you have lost. I also understand you are fighting to get your dignity back and I am here to listen and help you.  I love my work and love to help people stand up for their rights.

As an experienced litigation attorney for over 30 years, I know state and federal employment laws and I know your rights. Together, we can talk about what you need to feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.

Unlike other litigation law firms, I take a hands-on approach to my work. If I take your case I take it personally and I never forget what it means to you. There are many critical decisions to be made over the course of a Maine employment law case and you will have my best legal advice for each and every one. I’ll be there beside you every step of the way.

I successfully stand up for my clients in administrative proceedings and provide litigation services at the Maine Human Rights Commission, unemployment claims, worker’s compensation discrimination, termination of employment, civil rights, defamation, discrimination and wage and hour litigation. My perspective and experience in whistleblower law and pregnant employee rights has made me a unique unlawful termination attorney in southern Maine.

If you have been wronged at work, there’s no time to waste. Let’s talk about what happened right away. I keep everything you tell me completely confidential and I will give you an honest, experienced assessment of your case completely free of charge. And I don’t collect any fees unless you recover too.
